For our Software Clients Bs-a has a custom designed program.
Our Business Basic package covers the following:
A non exclusive Account Manager (AM) will be assigned to you; our service guarantee ensures that an AM will not be assigned more than 4 customers. Please note under this program our AM will work under the direct supervision of your nominated staff. Your nominated staff will of course have access to our Managing/Executive Director for guidance,
The service package includes
- Operation of a non trading branch/representative office on your behalf from our premises.
- receiving and dealing with initial calls from your customers
- follow-up payments on your behalf
- follow-up vendors
- ensure statutory compliance for your business unit
- file vat and tax returns ensure local accounts are maintained and audited as per agreed requirements.
- Our AM will arrange and join your staff at meetings so follow up is possible in event of urgencies our AM will fly out to your customer/vendor if need be.
Our package ensure that our AM will allocate and make available 50 hours a month to your work— where time spent on your account exceeds 50 hours a month or 150 hours in a defined block of three months we will charge you for extra time.
For urgent trips undertaken by AMs we will charge you airfare, out of pockets and a Service Charge per night/work day whilst on travel for your account.
The annual charge for this package does not include cost of travel, communication, postage stationery, legal fees, statutory fees, levies, taxes etc.

Our assigned AM will devote 17 hours a week to your account. He will undertake planned travel on your account for which no service charge will be levied-such travel will however not be for more than 2 working days at a time including travel time. Additional uptake of our staff time beyond 70 hours per month will be charged. Please note under this program our AM will work under the direct supervision of your nominated staff. Your nominated staff will of course have access to our Managing/Executive Director for guidance,
If he is traveling for his other account –a stand in coordinator will ensure that your service is maintained during the absence of your AM.

- operate a branch/associate company/subsidiary on your behalf but not provide directors.
- manage with appropriate control banking arrangements
- collect and bank your trading receipts
- provide for a hot desk at your disposal in our office
Often you don’t even need to have someone staff your operation full time—AMP will receive calls and take action on your behalf –so your resources can now operate out of a different location often from base and be available when required – this is cost effective rather than having a resource live out of London or UK.
Service charges for this program, does not include cost of travel, communication, postage, stationery, legal fees, statutory fees, levies, taxes and any costs will be pre-approved.
|Package for Software Companies|
AMP aims at optimising the client’s perception of your organization and for a nominal cost per staff ensures correct and structured approach to staff administration and HR.
A non exclusive Account Manager (AM) will be assigned to you; our service guarantee ensures that an AM will not be assigned more than 5 customers. Please note under this program our AM will work under the direct supervision of your nominated staff. Your nominated staff will of course have access to our Managing/Executive Director for guidance.
Typically, we will keep in regular touch with your clients and provide you with regular client feedback. Manage employee matters such as apply for visas/work permit, disburse re-imbursements and other claims to your staff, manage and maintain employee records and help your staff deal with emergencies.
AMP package will cost you a follows £ 2000 per staff per year—this is a flat rate fee and is subject to a minimum of 5 staff. For staff less than 5 or more than 25 we will agree to special rates and this does not include cost of travel, communication, postage, stationery, legal fees, statutory fees, levies, taxes etc.
This will include:-
- application for visas and work permits **
- disbursals of per diems
- verification and re-imbursement of expenses
- identifying and making available leased accommodation
- arranging initial transport and accommodation
- assisting with end of contract/term departure logistics
- processing their payroll
- managing medical, legal and other emergencies
- providing mentor support ( at an extra cost)
- Co-ordinating time sheets/attendance records for your staff on duty.
*we use a reputed firm of Visa/immigration lawyers who will charge you preferred rates for their fees, home office charges will be extra at actual.
Mentor Support Programmes
Our mentor support includes helping your staff with an initial introductory lecture on life in Britain, the dos and don’ts, issues of personal safety and security, etiquette and cultural expectations, appropriate dressing. Young staff need help with where to buy, how to use a payphones (reseller cards), where to eat, clothes and other day to day items so that their allowances are optimally used and they feel comfortable and well settled quickly--- At your request, we can provide you with confidential report on the behavior of your staff and feedback we obtain on them from your customer.
